Refund & Revision Policy

Our commitment
Every Vow & Verse song is made from your specific brief. We want you to receive something that truly feels like it was made for the person you're giving it to. This policy explains what revisions cover, how to request them, and when a refund applies.
Revisions included by package

A revision round = one set of feedback addressed in one new delivery. Multiple separate requests may use up multiple revision rounds.
What a revision covers
Revisions are adjustments to the existing song. They include:
- Lyric changes — wording, phrasing, or adding/removing specific details
- Name corrections or pronunciation fixes
- Emotional direction adjustments (e.g. "make the chorus feel warmer / more hopeful")
- Mix changes — volume balance, instrumental levels, or vocal clarity
- Tempo adjustments within a reasonable range
A revision is not: a full new song with a different concept, genre, or style — unless you have the Premium package, which includes one full re-write.
How to request a revision
Email hello@vowandverse.com with your order reference and a clear description of the changes you'd like. We will confirm receipt and provide a revised delivery estimate. Revision turnaround is generally 24–48 hours after receiving clear feedback.
When a refund applies
Because each song is custom-produced to your creative brief, we cannot offer refunds based on subjective preference once production has started.
A refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to deliver a song that addresses the core elements of your brief within the revision scope of your package
- Your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window and we cannot provide a corrected timeline
- You request a refund within 7 days of final delivery and we agree the song could not reasonably be made right
Refund requests will not be considered if:
- The delivered song matches the brief you submitted
- Your revision allowance has been exhausted
- The 7-day refund window has passed
- The request is based on a change of mind unrelated to the song's quality
How to request a refund
Email hello@vowandverse.com with your order reference, the issue you experienced, and what was attempted during revisions. We review all requests within 3 business days and respond with a decision.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
