Delivery Policy

How delivery works
After you complete your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once we have both your payment confirmation and your completed story details, production begins. Your song is delivered directly to the email address you provided at checkout.
Delivery means you receive a private download link for your song audio files (MP3 and WAV) and any other assets included in your package, such as a custom cover image or lyric sheet.

Delivery estimates are business-day estimates and not contractual guarantees. Production takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin production on the next business day unless you have the Rush add-on and capacity is confirmed.
What you receive
All packages include:
- Your personalized song in MP3 format (high quality, 320kbps)
- Your personalized song in WAV format (lossless)
- A private download link sent to your email, valid for 30 days
Higher packages may also include additional assets such as a lyric sheet PDF, a custom cover image, and an instrumental version — see the package details on the main page for specifics.
What delays delivery
The delivery clock starts when we have both your payment and your complete story details. Common reasons for delay:
- Incomplete story answers — we will reach out to request missing information, but production cannot begin until we have what we need
- High demand or Rush add-on capacity — if your preferred rush slot is unavailable, we will notify you before production begins
- Public holidays or scheduled breaks — announced in advance on the website when applicable
Missed delivery window
If your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window due to reasons on our end, you may contact us at hello@vowandverse.com to discuss options. This may include a revised timeline, a package upgrade, or in qualifying cases a refund — see our Refund & Revision Policy.
Re-sending your files
If you did not receive your delivery email, check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@vowandverse.com with your order reference and we will re-send your files. Download links expire after 30 days; re-send requests after expiry are handled case by case.
