These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vowandverse.com and any order placed with Vow & Verse. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.

The service

Vow & Verse creates personalized song gifts based on the creative brief you submit during checkout. Each song is produced using a producer-led, AI-assisted workflow. A human shapes the brief, steers the creative direction, and reviews the final delivery before your song is sent.

The song files you receive are produced specifically for you based on your answers. Because each song is made to your brief, no two orders are the same, and the final output depends on the quality and completeness of the story details you provide.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through the checkout form on this website. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Stripe. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your order and next steps.

Prices are displayed on the website at the time of order. Vow & Verse reserves the right to update pricing at any time; the price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the later of: (a) successful payment, or (b) receipt of all required story details. You will be contacted if any details needed to begin production are incomplete.

• Simple package: estimated delivery within 72 hours
• Signature package: estimated delivery within 48 hours
• Premium package: estimated delivery within 24 hours
• Rush add-on: priority queue based on production capacity at time of order

Revisions

Each package includes a stated number of revisions. A revision is a targeted adjustment to the existing song — for example, changing a lyric, correcting a name or pronunciation, adjusting the emotional tone, or requesting a mix change.

A revision is not a full new song unless your package explicitly includes a full re-write. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of your initial delivery. Revision requests submitted after this period may not be honored.

Refunds

Because each song is custom-created to your brief, we do not offer refunds based on subjective preference once production has begun. However, if we cannot make the song right within the revision scope of your package, you may request a refund within 7 days of your final delivery.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund will not be issued if: the delivered song matches the brief you submitted, the revision limit has been reached and no further adjustments are included in your package, or the request is made outside the 7-day window.

Customer content

By submitting your story details, recipient name, memories, and any optional media links, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share this information with us
• The information does not infringe the rights of any third party
• You grant Vow & Verse permission to use this information to create your ordered song and related gift assets

We will not use your story details, names, or submitted content for any public-facing purpose (marketing, samples, case studies, social media) without your explicit written permission.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the song files for personal enjoyment, sharing with the gift recipient, and personal social media use. You may not resell, distribute commercially, or claim authorship of the delivered song.

Vow & Verse retains ownership of the underlying production work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vow & Verse's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law (OR/CO). Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If you are a consumer in the EU or Switzerland, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and take precedence over these terms where required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
